37.1. The transfer of the information contained in an act, authentic extract, summary or notice and, as the case may be, the information contained in an accompanying document, to a technological medium is made in accordance with the digitization guide made available by the Land Registrar.
Documentation attesting that the notary, advocate, land surveyor or bailiff made the transfer in accordance with section 17 of the Act to establish a legal framework for information technology (chapter C-1.1) is recorded on a form made available by the Land Registrar.

Documentation attesting that the notary or advocate made the transfer in accordance with section 17 of the Act to establish a legal framework for information technology (chapter C-1.1) is recorded on a form made available by the Land Registrar.
